Internal AI Agent Tool UX - "PDIQ"
PDIQ is an embedded AI intelligence layer across PDI’s enterprise product ecosystem, bringing analytics, automation, and agentic AI directly into existing workflows. I designed UX for its agent-building experience, translating complex AI models into intuitive creation and prompt workflows and using object-oriented UX to establish reusable patterns across agents and dashboards.
REFLECTION
I’d never really stopped to think about the technology behind convenience and petroleum retail, let alone the enterprise SaaS ecosystem powering it. Working at PDI gave me a completely new perspective on how design operates behind industries we interact with every day.
AI wasn’t new to me, but designing it at enterprise scale was. These projects expanded how I thought about AI-powered experiences—beyond the interface and into agents, automation, and the systems behind them, eventually pulling me further into agent building and, yes, vibe coding.
