PROJECT OVERVIEW
As part of the Airbus-led SESAME (Sustainable, Efficient, Safe Air Travel by Management and Engineering) initiative, my team was selected to partner with Delta Air Lines to investigate efficiency and sustainability opportunities within international catering operations. I explored how UX design, product design, and design research can improve experiences within Delta Air Lines’s international catering systems. The focus was on applying product thinking, systems thinking, and service design methodologies to identify opportunities for data-driven, digital, sustainable, and passenger-centered innovation.
BUSINESS IMPACT
Prepared a clear, actionable plan alongside a product solution to enhance Delta’s overall circularity in international catering operations, supporting long-term sustainability and operational efficiency goals.
Due to NDA restrictions, business impact cannot be discussed :(
